Kids from across U.S., some as young as 5, present their own inventions at New York’s Javits Center
…Greyson MacLean recently won Young Inventor of the Year at the Toy and Game Inventors Awards. The 12-year-old from Wisconsin created BrickStix, sticky removable decals for plastic bricks like Legos.
At his booth this year, his parents will debut Mod Stickers, designed to stick strongly for the more serious builder.
Greyson’s not sure how long he’ll stay with toy design. “Maybe I’ll keep it as a little side thing,” he says. “Maybe it’ll be the main thing in my life. You never know.”
